Most people don’t read the PDS before they buy an insurance policy (even though they confirm they have) – we saw this as a challenge.
We figured if we can write it (for the most part) in plain English, and get straight to the point of ‘what you need to know’ and ‘what you need to do’, over time we might just change habits.
