Yes you can. To cancel a policy, you must be the main policy holder. If you are, just click this link to cancel and complete your details.
We’ll ask you to confirm that you don’t intend to make any claims before you cancel, as once you’ve cancelled you can’t make any claims.
Then we confirm your cancellation by email, and refund the premium you paid to the same credit card that was used when you bought your policy.
You can cancel for any reason, and get your money back – as long as you haven’t left on your trip, haven’t made a claim (and don’t intend to) – and you’re within 14 days of purchasing.
