How do I change the dates on my policy?


Planning a long stay? Nice one! Coming home sooner? No problem. Need to change the dates of your holiday? It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Just give us the details of your change on our easy-to-use form. (or click the link under ‘My policy’ in our menu above), then complete the details.
  2. We’ll email you to confirm your changes, and let you know if there’s any additional premium needed to add your new destination/s. We’ll let you know how much, and how to pay.
  3. We’ll email you back your updated policy documents showing your new holiday dates.
