You can scan them, or use your smartphone to take photos of your documents, receipts, tickets, reports etc. Whether you scan or photograph them, please take your time and try to get as clear an image as you can. If they’re easy for us to read, that can also make it faster for us to process your claim.
We recommend you gather all of your supporting documents together, before you make a claim. Then scan or photograph them and save them all to a folder. It’s best if you create a new folder with a name like “my claim” on your computer or device, so it’s easy to find them to upload at the right time.
When you’re ready to claim, just click the ‘make a claim’ button and follow the prompts. At the end of the form you’re given the option to add your documents. It’s best to upload them individually, so they can be matched to the item being claimed for. That makes it easier for us to process your claim even faster!
