Families & friends can go on one policy.

You can have up to 6 adults on a policy, with a maximum of 10 people including kids. This means that grandparents, parents and children, or you and your friends, can all go on one policy. Plus anyone 17 or under listed on your policy is covered for free — and are also fully covered individually for each section.

You can cancel for any reason and get all your money back — as long as you haven’t started your holiday, haven’t made a claim (and don't intend to), and you’re within 14 days of purchasing. We want you to be sure that this policy is right for you, so if you’ve made a mistake or changed your mind — that’s okay.

Cover for conditions you already have.

Just complete the online assessment when you apply for a policy to see if we can cover your medical conditions. If we can, it might cost a little more, but you’ll be able to relax knowing you’re covered if something goes wrong. Other companies may only cover a set list of conditions such as acne. We’ve found pimples aren’t enough to change someone’s holiday plans, but a flare up of a recent bout of bronchitis might.

Cover to cancel or change your holiday plans

No one wants to cancel their holiday, but if something happens outside of your control — like you have a serious accident and can’t travel, or a close relative unexpectedly passes away — we’ll reimburse your prepaid non-refundable deposits.
