For all international holidays, our priority is the health and safety of you, your family, and any friends travelling with you. So the quality of the international emergency assistance services we offer is critically important to us, which is why we’ve hand-picked a team of trusted partners around the world to help us help you when something goes wrong and you’re away from home.
Reviving your holiday when it’s disrupted by an unexpected event is another vital component of all of our policies. We offer cover for changes like extra nights of accommodation if you’re stranded, and flight changes if you have to rush home for a suddenly ill mum.

Is Holiday Rescue for me?
If you are a family, a couple, or a small group of friends heading off for a relaxing and fun holiday, our policy could just be a match for you. Our specialty is covering families and couples going on holiday in Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific and Southeast Asia regions, because we know the regions so well. Although we can provide you with the same exceptional cover all around the world for memorable holidays in places like Amsterdam, Provence, Vienna, London, Kyoto and Lisbon.
On the other hand, if you are hiking to Mt Everest base camp, spending weeks in remote areas, competing in sporting events, or doing other activities that are outside what most of us consider to be a regular holiday, then our policy is probably not right for your next holiday, as we don’t cover those kinds of activities.
We can only tell you so much as we can’t know all of your circumstances, so the best way to decide if our policy is right for your next holiday is to read our PDS and get to grips with all that we cover.
