We are not covering any claims related to the Mount Agung volcano.
The volcanic activity on Mt Agung has been a known natural event since November 2017, and Mt Agung continues to be an active volcano with intermittent eruptions and flight disruptions.
As this has been published by many news outlets, we would not consider it to be unexpected if you or your holiday were affected by a further Mount Agung eruption.
