We can usually assess your claim within 10 business days, as long as we have all the information and supporting documents we need to support your claim.

Tell us what happened.
Tell us about what happened and what costs you are claiming for, using our easy to follow online express claims form. If you want to make more than one type of claim, e.g. ‘medical treatment and ‘changes to your holiday, you’ll need to complete a separate form for each claim type.
Upload your documents.
So we can understand what happened and what you’re claiming for we need documents to support your claim such as receipts, medical reports and police reports. You can save time if you attach them when prompted to upload your supporting documents. Remember that we need to be able to read the information on any documents you attach, so clear photos or scanned documents really help us.
Click ‘submit’ to send your claim to us.
